After School Club
The After School club is held in the preschool building and grounds, with resources suitable to the age of the children from reception to year 6. We have a free flow provision with activities provided based on the children’s interests. We also provide activities based on seasonal celebrations like Halloween, Christmas, Easter etc. The children have use of the outdoor area, the playground, the cage and the field for sports and games. We also have 3 chrome books and a Nintendo Switch, which we closely monitor the use of.
We provide a light snack between 3:45pm and 4.30pm. Please see the timetable below for the snacks that we offer.
The Infant children are collected from their classrooms and escorted to the club by our after school club assistants.
The Junior children make their own way to the building entering through the school music room in to the preschool.

£11.50 per session

Snack Timetable
We provide a light snack as part of the session fee between 3:45-4:30pm. The menu rotates on a 3 weekly basis. If your child has any dietary requirements please be sure to include this on your registration form. If your child us unlikely to eat what is on offer you are welcome to provide them with a snack in their bag which they are free to have during our snack time.

Terms and conditions

Admissions to after school club requires the completion and return of a registration form and other accompanying forms prior to attendance.
Fees are payable monthly, remittance is required within 2 weeks of the invoice being issued. Non-payment for more than one month may result in your booked session(s) being cancelled. If you are experiencing financial challenges, please contact the Business Manager to discuss possible payment options
After School Club sessions are allocated on a permanent basis until you give notice to confirm otherwise. If you wish to cancel or change a session you will need to provide half a terms notice in writing by emailing the Business Manager. If we can reallocate your cancelled session we may be able to negotiate an earlier leaving date, but if we are unable to reallocate the session you will be charged for the mentioned notice period.
We do ask that you notify us directly (in a timely manner) preferably via email afterschoolclubnotifications@aol.com if your child will not be attending a booked session. If your child is due to attend a session but does not and we haven’t received notice of this, we will contact those with parental responsibilities to establish the child’s whereabouts for safeguarding purposes.
