Our qualified practitioners provide stimulating and exciting resources to enhance children’s learning through their play experiences. We provide a wide range of specially chosen toys, play and craft equipment for both indoors and outside play. Key Practitioners have a sound knowledge of their Key Children’s interests and use this information to inform their planning. We provide lots of other experiences, Singing, Reading, Puzzles, Role Play and Small World.
We are fortunate to have an amazing outdoor area with specialist play equipment, a large sand pit, large construction area and role play zones, a mud kitchen and water play area. We have use of the school playground for bikes and scooters. With gardening opportunities in the allotment area.
Our Forest School Activities take part in a dedicated woodland area, providing opportunities for pond dipping, outdoor crafts, mud kitchen, whittling, woodland crafts and many more experiences including cooking on an open fire.

Flexible sessions are available between 8.30 and 3.10
We are part of Hampshire County Council’s Early Education Plan and can receive funding for eligible two, three and four year olds. This will enable them to have a free place for up to to 15 hours per week during term-time.
We close for holidays and inset days in line with the primary school.
We promote healthy eating and provide a fruit, toast and cheese snack during a session with a choice of milk or water. Children need to provide their own lunch and we ask that no nuts or sweets are included.
Children of all abilities are welcome at our setting and we will happily discuss your child’s needs with you.
